Rafkin developed the strategy, identity, and advertising campaign to promote its most-watched ‘NASCAR on SPEED’ programming block, which included on-air and off-air branded content, spots, and digital content strategies.

SPEED Channel was eventually acquired and folded into the parent Fox Sports brand, but its DNA of high-speed excitement for car buffs and racing fans lives on today.
