Ezra Surowicz

Ezra Surowicz is the Strategy & Research Director at Rafkin Brand Consulting, where he partners with founder Lee Rafkin to provide exceptional insight-driven strategy, branding, and communications solutions for clients. 

Throughout his career, Ezra has had a passion for connecting people and brands. Previously, he was director of brand strategy and innovation at Consumer Dynamics, a New York-based consulting firm, working with global clients like Pepsico, Abbott, Keurig, Moet Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, Covidien, and more. 

Prior to Consumer Dynamics, Ezra was the associate director of strategy at global media agency MediaCom, where he led brand teams and cross-functional agency partners to develop high-impact communication strategies for clients like Bayer, American Eagle Outfitters, and Tom’s. Ezra began his career at Rosetta, a digital agency and consulting firm acquired by Publicis Groupe, where he specialized in research, analytics, data analysis, and customer segmentation work for blue-chip technology clients. 

Ezra is a native New Yorker and a graduate of Columbia University, where he majored in Economics and Philosophy.
